Babies welcome

A new version of the mother is born with each new baby. This transformation can feel both expansive and challenging, as familiar parts of yourself shift and new parts come into being. We'll come together to talk honestly about identity, emotions, relationships, expectations, support, and the many changes that accompany welcoming a new child into your family.

The focus is on your experience of motherhood. Each gathering begins with a theme and unfolds through a whole-group conversation. Together, we'll learn from one another while building meaningful connections with other moms who are living it too.
